This includes: name, parentage, marital status, nationality, residence, email, date of birth, gender, contact number, user IDs, passwords, photograph, signature, income proof, PAN, credit score, credit information report, e-KYC through UIDAI, Aadhaar-based e-Sign and KYC documents like address proof, identity proof, and officially valid documents.

You authorize Saral Vidya to share your PI with third parties including Credit Information Companies ("CICs") for credit profile assessment.
If you wish to withdraw consent, email support@saralvidya.in. Processing may take up to 72 business hours. You expressly waive DND/DNC registration for communications related to services requested by you.
Your credit information is procured through a soft inquiry from CICs with your consent. Saral Vidya has no control over the accuracy of data provided by CICs. By appointing Saral Vidya as your authorized agent, you consent to retrieval of your credit information.
Saral Vidya may analyze your credit profile to assist you in identifying suitable education loan products.
If you do not wish to receive calls, you may submit a request to support@saralvidya.in from your registered email ID.
Saral Vidya does not sell or rent PI. PI may be shared with affiliates, lending partners, CICs, and service providers for education loan processing, underwriting, compliance, and communication. We use PI to: process loan applications, send service-related alerts, improve services, conduct analytics and fraud prevention, and comply with legal obligations.
Saral Vidya discloses PI only as required by law, customer consent, or service facilitation. Third-party lenders' privacy policies apply once you engage with them.
Saral Vidya retains PI for as long as required for service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Anonymized data may be retained for analytics.
You may opt out of promotional communications, but service-related communications will continue.

No Guarantee of Approval: Loans are subject to credit appraisal and approval by the lending partner. SaralVidya does not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, or interest rate.
Data Sharing: By submitting your details on this website, you consent to SaralVidya sharing your information with Poonawalla Fincorp Limited and its authorised representatives for the purpose of processing your loan enquiry, as described in this Privacy Policy.
